  Game Wizard Upgrade Dec 13 2001 7:11PM CST (GMT -06:00) 
We will be upgrading our Game Wizard knowledge base software beginning Saturday morning around 1:00am CST. During the upgrade process, our Game Wizard Answers will still be available to you, but the "Ask a Question" feature will be disabled. Email sent to us will be queued up and responded to, in the order in which it was received, after the upgrade completes. We expect this upgrade to take approximately 10 hours.
